Our Robots

Over seven years our talented researchers created a vast array of robots to help solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. Some of these included unmanned vehicles, underwater robots protecting the Great Barrier Reef, vegetable picking machines and robots that can operate in surgery.

Researchers at all four Centre nodes were committed to using the latest technology to help robots see, understand and adapt to complex, unstructured and dynamically challenging environments much like humans can.

We are proud of the work that has been undertaken and the collaborations that took place to create a collection of robots that will no doubt lead us into the future.
